I am a very loving, compassionate lady My passions are reading to get lost in other peoples words To discover other worlds Then there is music amazing how it can brighten your spirit But my true passion to life is my poems I write, the inner Feelings, I bring light to darkness through words, with each Word I write I give to life of golden sunsets, days covered In raindrops, cold nights by campfires. Most off all I give my thanks to our Father in heaven, who Gave me this special gift This is my Dream and one day it could be for my children And grand children I love sharing my Dream to the entire Dreamers out there Share with me My journey

Men have been spit up onto shore by whales and great fish since the beginning of time. This has been going on for forever; perhaps, even longer than forever. This may be true. It may also be true that men have spit whales and great fish up onto shore since the beginning of time. This has also been going on or forever; perhaps, even longer than forever. Which of these happened first, I cannot say. Who knows; who can say? Regardless, before being spit up on land both men and fish sat idly by inside the bellies of their captors, ruminating on their fate-wondering what it all meant-what it all means. Men and fish and everything alive wonder about life, and how they fit into it and it into them; as much as they are able to wonder. Some men I have met seem to wonder less than some fish I have met. Who knows; who can say? Our lives are about wondering: wondering about our lives. Each and every living thing yearns toward growth. This longing is nothing but an eternal search, an eternal wondering about everything that is. At some point we lose the beginning into the end; and what came first is dissolved into the ongoing process. Fish then man, or man then fish, no one can say which came first. All we know is that we are held captive, we ruminate, and then we are spit out into a rebirth. Our mythic journeys as men are like this. Sometimes you cannot tell which came first, the idea that you are a man and that you should do a certain thing because of that; or the doing of a certain thing and then later realizing or deciding that you did it because you are a man. Which came first the fish or the man? You cannot be sure and when you think you have become sure, things shift.

How else does the ramified phenomenon of greed (corruption, nepotism, extreme self-aggrandizement, megalomaniac tendencies etc) become nefarious to both the physical and mental worlds of a people either individually or collectively? It brings about a retrogressing, catabatic state in their evolution in both regards, eating back into the socio-economic and political set up of a given society as well as unquestionably impairing the mindset of its people. Reign of the Quisling-Rodents tells of the gradual bane of a society to perdition which is not so much due to its dehumanizing physical quality as it is to a collective consciousness which is rooted in apocalyptic rapacity. It delves into the tenebrous mindset of a generation, moving from the metal holocaust that greed engenders to its actual physical manifestation as seen in the various situational anathemas which many of the poems lament. The bottom line of all that the mind and the physical being suffer is an irreparably worsted governance.

Since forming in 2007, JLS have achieved everything they'd hoped for and more. From four smash-hit albums and five number one singles, to BRIT and MOBO awards and sell-out tours, Oritsé, Marvin, JB, and Aston have proved themselves as one of Britain's biggest boybands ever. But all good things come to an end and in this, their last ever official book together, the boys share their favourite memories with the people they love most: their fans. Inside, they reflect on everything they've experienced in the last six years, as a band and in their own personal lives, while sharing exclusive photos and the secrets they've kept. Find out how they feel about juggling family and finding love with life on the road and recording in the studio; how special it feels to step out on stage in front of thousands of fans and why choosing to part from the best friends they could have ever found was the hardest decision of all. The highs, the lows; the good times and bad, this is JLS like you've never seen them before. Older, wiser and hotter than ever, this is their final farewell and a treasured keepsake for years to come.

MORE Ramblings of a Restless Mind

Since the publication of my initial ‘Ramblings’ in 2009, this supposedly ‘restless’ mind did not suddenly acquire Zen-tranquility. It continued to be what it has been for long and here is another installment of occasional thoughts, versified. I use ‘versified’ not in the strictly traditional sense because it gets a bit too restrictive for the ‘license’ some of us think we have or claim to have. These ‘ramblings’ are mostly in a territory that is consciously kept apart from the areas of my professional interest. This territory involves governments, politics, nature, things and people -- people of faith, deep, shallow, desert-dry or fertile with pseudo-versions of Zen and Sufism. In this territory, the things that happen are often seen and considered in a somewhat different way, and the reactions felt and expressed, not always with due respect and reverence. There is no conscious attempt to organize or sequester these thoughts into groups or categories, but if one finds any trend in this tumbling out of thoughts, it may perhaps be largely attributed to some kind of chronological, evolutionary randomness. And if in these wanderings, some hills and valleys begin to look familiar to those who may know, they could well be but, I hope, seen from a different angle, tangential to a path rather less-familiar, and offering a somewhat different view. No two sunsets over a familiar hill are ever the same to an eye or a heart that is never tired of sunsets; every wave leaves behind its own set of previously unseen gifts each time it sweeps over and recedes from a well-trodden beach. Some of these ‘ramblings’ have been offered before, quite extemporaneously, to informal gatherings but if anyone detects any tell-tale signs here, it would be either incidental or that my editorial revisions have not been as thorough as I had originally intended. BEHIND ENEMY LINES Continues the saga of David Hampton in THE LAST MISSION. David parachutes from his burning fighter, his face burned and eye sight blurry, finds himself deep inside Germany. A Jewish partisan finds him and takes him in, tending to his wounds. A Jewish doctor and his daughter keep him hidden in their attic. Gestapo raids the farm and arrests the Jews. David is taken captive and shipped with them in cattle cars to a Nazi death camp. David escapes and reverts back to his Lakota upbringing, his Native Wisdom, to elude his captors. He joins a resistance group and steals an FW-190, and begins bringing the war home to the Nazis inside Germany. A captivating, superbly written novel of combat flying, peopled by real warriors who went up daily. The heart wrenching love story is equally intense.--ED McGAA, EAGLE MAN, USMC 110 missions Vietnam - F4B Phantoms Author of Eagle Vision and Mother Earth Spirituality. David Hampton adapted to the white mans world, still he kept the old ways, his grandfathers ways, in his heart. He believed in Wakan Tanka, and Mother Earth, who would provide him everything he needed. Grandfather had taught him the ways of his ancestors. Each summer they would go into the Black Hills, they would live off the land. Now, you go to the store and buy everything you need. It has not always been that way. He learned to live off the land, his ancestors did; now he would do so also. Something moved on the bank opposite him and he looked up. There was a woman standing on the bank watching him. She had a Schmauser machinegun pistol hanging by a sling from her shoulder. Her right hand was on the grip and a finger on the trigger. She was tall and although she wore mens bulky clothing, he could not help but notice a well developed figure. Her hair was done up in a ball at the back of her head and she wore a large fur hat. Her face was plain, not pretty, but not ugly by any means. Her lips were large and looked as though she was pouting over something.

Stop trying to become who you are already are! "Prone to Love is a straightforward and disarming, a breath of fresh air!" --Bonnie Chavda, Founder and Pastor of All Nations Church If you have been around Christian circles long enough, you have heard the phrase, “child of God.” As believers, we use language like this all the time describing our relationship with the Father—but do we really know what it means? What if we actually lived out of the relationship and reality we talked, preached, and sung about? Easy. We would change the world. The roadblock preventing us from stepping into our identities as sons and daughters of God is not lack of discipline, resources, or creative ideas. We have all of this… What’s missing? To discover who you are, first, you must know Who the Father is and what He’s like. "You can't read Prone to Love and not recall the goodness of God in your life." -- Shawn Ring, Executive Pastor, Gateway Church
