This book represents a mixture of various observations, experiences, theories, and research findings regarding the impact of parenting techniques adopted by different parents. The basic motto behind this book is to maximize the psychological as well as physical wellbeing of the children. Early years of parenting are crucial for the formation of children’s temperament and shaping their personality into the right directions. The do’s and don’ts of parenting skills can make a significant difference. This book represents various techniques that facilitate in inculcating positive attitude towards life and busting their mental health. It illustrates a comprehensive view regarding the effect of various types of parenting styles on a child’s behaviour. Most of the child’s learning originates from their day to day interaction with their parents. Parents teach their children through various alternative methods. Sometimes they get success but at times their efforts are not fruitful. This trial and error method of parent takes place in most of the families. Gradually, as time passes parents become more expert and mature in rearing practices. Hence, most parents experiment with the well being of their children without realizing the fact that parenting is the most important project of life. Learning about good parenting skills by putting your own child’s mental health at risk is not a wise decision. Usually, when males and females attain the marriage age and they have enough resources to handle their financial matters, they get married. Eventually, they become parents without having proper knowledge about parenting skills. This book will help its readers to develop positive parenting skills and attitude that is scientifically tested and verified.

★★ 55 % OFF for Bookstores! NOW at $ 23.95 instead of $ 33.95! LAST DAYS! ★★ Would you like to be the perfect parent? Want to learn more about positive parenting? When you become a parent, you become part of a relationship, or a process in which there are always two parties involved. We must always take into consideration that both the caregiver and the caregiver are people each with their own experiences, their own experiences, emotions, fears, thoughts, joys and expectations. Obviously the parent must be an authoritative guide for their children, but for a healthy and correct parent-child relationship neither of the two must prevail over the other. In fact there must be equally space for both the needs of the large and the smallest. In the parent-child relationship, punishments and blackmail do not work because in the long run the child will start using them against the parent, thereby increasing the feeling of frustration and helplessness in following their parenting role. The parent-observer must be able to understand what the needs and needs of children are even when they are not explicitly revealed (I am cold, thirsty, pisses me off, I want to go to sleep). In this way the child will feel welcomed, protected and will be able to perceive the parent ready to accept his needs. A responsive attitude allows the child to develop a secure attachment that allows him to explore the world safely, to trust others, to be able to count on his self-esteem and above all to be aware that he can always count on his parents. Here's what you'll learn by reading this book: - What drives children to action; - The secrets of gentle discipline; - How to understand the child's behavior based on brain and age development; - How to turn a problem into a learning opportunity. I will explain to you step by step my bomb-proof methods based on years of research and studies. If you're wondering if this is a book that can do for you, know that the answer is yes! Reading this book you too can master the art of positive discipline. It will be worth it for you, and for your children! Change your life and that of your children now! But it NOW and let your customers get addicted to this amazing book

Resilient Parenting of Children at Developmental Risk

Previous research has provided consistent evidence that positive parenting is a strong protective factor for children at risk, yet little is known about what factors lead to positive parenting. Parenting dimensions are almost always predictor variables and rarely outcomes, so that we know little about how it is that parents facing formidable challenges are still able to function reasonably well. Given the great benefits of positive parenting to child development under normal circumstances, and the even greater benefits in the face of risk, it is important to understand why some parents manage to be effective in their interactions with their child despite facing formidable challenges (i.e. resilient parenting). The purpose of this investigation was to examine factors that promote positive parenting in the presence of child and economic risk during various developmental periods. The first study examined resilient parenting in early childhood (age 3-5), and the second study replicated the model to assess risk and protective factors for positive parenting in middle childhood (age 5-8). The third study assessed resilient parenting in adolescence (age 13-15) and examined additional risk and protective factors pertaining to this particular developmental period, utilizing additional measures and both quantitative and qualitative methods. The third study also examined an additional sample of youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Results from the first two studies indicated that parenting is less positive given child and economic risk factors, but also that mother attributes (e.g., optimism) can buffer this risk-poorer parenting relationship in early and middle childhood. Results from the third study suggested that parenting is less influenced by child and economic risk factors in adolescence. Comparison of mothers with and without children with developmental disabilities revealed similar levels of positive parenting, but factors that reportedly promoted positive parenting differed between the groups, particularly in the domain of social support. A focus on resilient parenting directs attention toward promoting positive parent cognitions and providing resources to build parenting strengths, which fits well with the current interest in more positive approaches to family support.

Is your child on the Autism Spectrum? Is his or her behaviour puzzling at times? If so this is the book for you. Aimed at busy parents this book looks at the difficulties children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) have, including some of the less well known like the sensory problems and anxiety; exploring the effects these have on the child's life. Review I would really recommend this book, both to parents who are new to Asperger's, and to those who have experience of the condition. It has introduced me to aspects I had not previously come across such as exposure anxiety and hyperacusis. All topics are covered clearly and with great insight.
