Tim, I just finished reading your book. I teared up 3 times and laughed twice. You have done an amazing job! I was thinking to myself how you and Karen are handling all of the changes with such grace. The two of you are such an amazing team and have developed such strong communication skills- you two could probably host a course for other married couples. Another poignant moment for me was on the page where you wrote We also informed our family that we had the disease that did not have a cure... I think the we in that statement is so true. . . . your book- have you anticipated how you will share it? You may want to consider both the MDA and ALSA (ALS Association) as outlets to share your story and tips. I also think you should pass this along to some of your neurology providers. I think your Prologue is an exceptional teaching tool for medical professionals. I still cant stop thinking about how you continually think about your blessings- I am going to tear up again and I am not a crier! I thank you for allowing yourself to be vulnerable and sharing your experiences. You are lucky to have found Karen, and she is lucky to have found you. Jesus was uniquely adept in the art of "reading" people. He fit his approach to the precise needs and interests of the person with whom he was dealing, and he spoke the cultural language of that individual. In this book, Robert Perry takes what Jesus and others have done intuitively-niche marketing-and provides a framework for applying those principles in everyday practice. Convinced that congregations can learn from the wisdom of secular disciplines and apply that wisdom to congregational life without damaging the integrity of the Christian faith, Perry offers a detailed process for using sound marketing principles to identify a congregation's strengths and the needs of its community, and to develop strategies for effective ministry.

The Fourth Conference on Fibrous Composites in Structural Design was a successor to the First-to-Third Conferences on Fibrous Composites in Flight Vehicle Design sponsored by the Air Force (First and Second Conferences, September 1973 and May 1974) and by NASA (Third Conference, November 1975) which were aimed at focusing national attention on flight vehicle applications of a new class of fiber reinforced materials, the advanced com posites, which afforded weight savings and other advantages which had not been previously available. The Fourth Conference, held at San Diego, California, 14-17 November 1978, was the fi rst of these conferences to be jointly sponsored by the Army, Navy and Ai r Force together with NASA, as well as being the first to give attention to non-aerospace applications of fiber reinforced composites. While the design technology for aerospace applications has reached a state of relative maturity, other areas of application such as mi litary bridging, flywheel energy storage systems, ship and surface vessel components and ground vehicle components are in an early stage of development, and it was an important objective to pinpoint where careful attention to structural design was needed in such applications to achfeve maximum structural performance payoff together with a high level of reliability and attractive economics.

SCRATCH THIS just scratches some of my journeys through this life, as we know we all travel the same roads in our lifetime. Some roads are longer and harder others are smooth with a few bumps along the way, I've traveled them both. In this book I put together years worth of poetry from real life events that inspired me to write from love to loss and everything in between with some poems ripped right from the headlines with visions of yesteryear that danced around my head till I put pen to paper. I've seen headache and sorrow thinking about what will become of tomorrow, during this pandemic and the world around us, and I have seen the power of love lift a broken soul I know first hand cause I was that broken soul. This book will touch your heart and soul if you give it a go. Remember only you can change Tomorrow. If you like Modern Day Poetry, then this book is for you.

Learning to code has never been easier than with this innovative visual guide to computer programming for beginners. Coding skills are in high demand and the need for programmers is still growing. However, taking the first steps in learning more about this complex subject may seem daunting and many of us feel left behind by the coding revolution. By using a graphic method to break code into small chunks, this ebook brings essential skills within reach.Terms such as algorithm, variable, string, function, and loop are all explained. The ebook also looks at the main coding languages that are out there, outlining the main applications of each language, so you can choose the right language for you. Individual chapters explore different languages, with practical programming projects to show you how programming works. You'll learn to think like a programmer by breaking a problem down into parts, before turning those parts into lines of code. Short, easy-to-follow steps then show you, piece by piece, how to build a complete program. There are challenges for you to tackle to build your confidence before moving on.
